The Alternate Dip® Coater is a high-precision dip coater that can arrange up to 10 liquid tanks horizontally and automatically perform immersion processing in any order. It supports a wide speed range from 1 nm/sec to 60 mm/sec, making it ideal for multilayer film formation and process research using the dip coating method. Processing speed, stop position, and immersion time can all be intuitively set on the touch panel. As a CE marking compliant product, it meets EU safety and environmental standards and is suitable for installation in European research institutions. Flexible configurations are possible by replacing or expanding tanks and lab jacks to suit various solution systems and sample conditions. With precise repeatable operation and high reproducibility, this device supports nano-level surface modification and multilayer film development.
