This small-size benchtop dip coater is a compact model ideal for coating small samples in laboratories or adjacent to analytical equipment. Speed can be adjusted in 0.01 mm/sec increments, making it suitable for a variety of workpieces, including glass pieces, acrylic, metal foil, and tubular samples. By dipping the sample held on a hanger into the coating solution and then lifting it up, a uniform thin film can be formed on both sides simultaneously. Up to eight speed settings and two program operation patterns can be memorized from the operation panel, making repeated experiments and condition testing easy. While minimizing installation space, it ensures consistent coating quality, making it ideal for evaluation and testing in research and development settings.
