The NanoDip® Coater is a high-precision dip coater with ultra-fine speed control in 1 nm increments and a 2-axis θ angle control mechanism. It allows for angle adjustment and diagonal lifting of the workpiece, making it ideal for research requiring microstructure control, such as opal film formation, nanoparticle arrays, and thin film evaluation. Operation via the touch panel allows for easy speed setting at up to 16 points and registration of 8 different motion patterns. Supports 2-axis synchronization and independent operation, achieving highly reproducible nanoscale film deposition. The display can be switched between Japanese and English, making it suitable for international research environments. This system was developed under the guidance of the Hirao Laboratory at Kyoto University.
