The medium-sized benchtop dip coater (DT-0502-N2-CE) is a mid-size dip coater for research and prototyping that can accommodate samples up to 700 mm square. It features variable lift control in 0.01 mm/sec increments, enabling uniform thin-film deposition on a variety of materials, including glass, acrylic, copper foil, and tubes. Simultaneous double-sided coating is possible by immersing and lifting the sample, secured to a hanger, into the coating solution. The control panel allows for easy operation of speed change points and operation patterns (including memory and repeat settings), enabling highly reproducible process control. This benchtop precision coating device boasts high stability and is ideal for evaluating the performance of medium-sized samples and developing materials.
