Windshield Box
Windshield Box + Vibration Isolating
We integrated the Vibration Isolating Board (our original) with the Windshield Box together to exclude environmental influence (air conditioning and vibration). It becomes essential device for the test at the low speed range.
Glove Box
This is a Vacuum Glove Box made with acrylics. It can perform gas substitution effectively with exhausting by vacuum pumps.
Clean Box
This is the one set type device with Clean Box and dipcoater. HEPA Unit is equipped at the upper part of the device. The equipments for gas analyzers, etc. are also possible.
Circulation System for Coating Liquids The Liquid Temperature Control also can be done with attaching the Heat Exchanger in the Circulation System.
