Desk Top Type Vibration Isolator integrated with high-performance Vibration Isolating System
By downsizing of the main body of Laser & the peripheral devices and Improvement of the optical fiber technologies, it has become to often cases not to need long light path for the optics experiment as much as before either. MEIRITZ SEIKI Co., Ltd. has conventionally been serializing a lot of Desk Top Type Vibration Isolators. The AET series which were combined with steel honeycomb molding board are the most suitable Vibration Isolators for the Optics Experiment of the small area.

Although being small size, steel honeycomb molding board was adopted therefore the rigidity of the molding board is perfect. It dissolved the gap of the optical axis which was lower than micron. The top surface tap is the standard processing by M6 × 25 mm matrix. Also the material of upper plate is Stainless Steel (JIS: SUS403), which is corresponding to use of the magnet stand as well. Of course, the Vibration Isolating System is the proved high efficiency. All systems are put away compactly.

S Type of automatic level maintenance mechanism type We added Automatic Level Maintenance System on the Air Suspension. The Molding Board can be always kept horizontally even for changing of the load weight to suspension system caused by picking-up and changing or moving of the deployment equipments. It will be used with always connecting to the air source of 0.35 - 0.70MPa and decreasing pressure by a built-in reducing valve. N Type of manual level maintenance type For N type, we adopted the method to maintain the level stability of the molding board with supplying Air by attached stirrup pump (hand work air pump). It is easy for a person to use for the first time, and the supply of the air will be unnecessary for 1-2 weeks if you set it once. It is convenient to use this device in the room without the air source and/or when changing the place of setting frequently. C Type with clamp mechanism This device has Clamp System for fixing a deployment board. Instead of the mechanical clamp which completely fixes a loading board as conventionally, the Soft Clamp was adopted which restrains the movement of deployment board by increasing the spring constant of the air suspension. [H Type (for Higher Loading) was newly added, which increased loadable mass. ] This is a new Line Up of the specification with Loadable Mass by 200 Kgs. to support a deployment apparatus weighted more. (Regarding to Model 0405, available loading mass is 100 Kgs.) |  |
