You can easily build high-performance Vibration Isolation Space as the accessories sense of the precision instruments.

Desktop air suspension vibration isolator AVT series were born in 1985. Thereafter, we adopted Small Special Air Suspension System which was strengthened with more performance by our data and original technologies which accumulated for many years. It has been evolved furthermore, such as showing superior Vibration Isolation Performance in a wide band from a low frequency to a high frequency, moreover available to support the deployment apparatus of light load and the high center of gravity, etc.

All conventional protuberance which are Regulator (decompression valve) of the automatic level maintenance method, Air Supply Mouth of the hand-operated level maintenance method, and Levers of the clamp mechanism, etc. was stored in the main body without spoiling operability.

S Type equipped with automatic level maintenance mechanism

The Regulator and the Automatic Level Maintenance System are built-in. The Level Stability of the Loading Board can be always kept just with connecting an Air Source of 0.35 `0.70MPa, even against variation of the load to the system caused by picking-up and changing or moving of the deployment apparatus.

N Type with manual level maintenance mechanism

It adopts the method to maintain the level stability of the deployment board with supplying air by attached stirrup pump (hand-work air pump). Horizontal Line Detection is easy by the using of the attached gauge for level adjustment. The supply of the air is unnecessary for approx. 1-2 weeks if it will be set once. It is convenient to use this device in the room without the air source and/or when changing the place of setting frequently.

C Type with clamp mechanism

This device has Clamp System for fixing a deployment board. Instead of the mechanical clamp which completely fixes a loading board as conventionally, the Soft Clamp was adopted which restrains the movement of deployment board by increasing the spring constant of the air suspension. Exchanging of specimens and lenses became to be able to be done easily with keeping the effect of Vibration Isolation. Both of S & N Type are available to be attached.

*In addition to the above mentioned types, we prepared for four (4) kinds of sizes. You can select the optimum one with considering to the use and the situation.

If the weight of the loading object & the center of gravity position will be changing extremely, we would like to recommend you will use S Type than N Type.

You can not use clamp system for the transportation as the clamp system is temporary fixed mechanism.

When the rigidity of the deployment board is important, such as Optics Experiments, etc., we recommend AET Series of sister product.

As for extreme bias loading and too high in a center of gravity positioned apparatus, a normal function may not be provided.

The loadable weight affords some extent, as it was considered with center of gravity, etc. If you scare about over weight, please contact and ask us.

Please prepare the Air Source for S Type in your side (we can supply it as an option). In addition, it may not work normally if it is not the pressure sources by more than 0.35MPa. When you can only get set the Air Source in less than 0.35MPa

About the stock or table for placing, please arrange the solid things which can tolerate heavy goods. Working Desks, PC Racks / Tables, etc. may harm Vibration Isolating Effects.
