 We are introducing the new edition of NANO-IN COATER(a release coating device) with inert gas box integrated.

Features of NANO-IN COATER
1. Ultrasonic cleaning, release coating and rinsing are fully automated.
2. Easy access to a nitrogen gas environment.
3. Equipped with a thermo-hygrometer and a nitrogen meter.
4. Equipped with the special jigs to carry substrates for a clean environment.
5. Optional multiple tanks
